Named patterns, not "grammar practice"

Question particles, tense and aspect markers, classifiers, adjective order, pro-drop, sequencing, the three words for "to be", wanting and requesting, ลอง…ดู for trying something, and ไม่รู้. Each is a specific thing you can be bad at and then stop being bad at.

Drilled from both directions

Fill the gap in a sentence, or transform one sentence into another — build the pattern and recognise it. Feedback is immediate, because a grammar mistake you find out about ten minutes later has already been rehearsed.

The three Thai words for "to be" — เป็น, อยู่, คือ — get a module of their own, because choosing between them is a decision English never asks you to make.
